Audience: All OWIMS members and friends, including medical students and residents who feel they are somewhere in the second chapter in their personal or professional lives, or those who want to explore non-traditional paths in medicine and science
Topics: Finding/ maintaining meaning in professional and personal life, Finding a community and connectedness, Supporting non-traditional paths in medicine and science, Success stories and lessons learned
Frequency: Every 2-3 months
Location and time: Medical school
Mornings or late afternoon evening depending on participants.
